Overlooking the peaceful, leafy walled gardens to the rear, the master bedroom is furnished with a king-size iron bed, two French-style armchairs, a large antique chest of drawers and a vintage wardrobe. Thick feather-filled duvets and crisp white linen come as standard.

With charming views over the public gardens, the second bedroom is set well back from the cobbled street, which is quiet at night. Antique-style iron bedsteads are paired with a French-style chair, an oak chest of drawers and two built-in cupboards.

Overlooking the rear gardens, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and everything you need to cook at home, and the dining table comfortably seats six. A gas hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher and washing machine make longer stays effortless.
